In the event of inclement weather and potential field closures, families should follow the procedures outlined below as team managers may not be able to access or send out e-mails during the work day and as such may not necessarily e-mail their families about game status.
On game days where weather and or field conditions are questionable we ask that before proceeding to the park families use the following sources to determine game status:

Remind updates.
Signing up for remind is the best way to receive weather and field status
information as soon as it changes.

If there has not been an update to these sources by 5:15pm families and players should proceed to the park and assume that games will proceed as scheduled.
Once at the park the umpires and managers are tasked with deciding if it is safe for the game to proceed under each fields particular conditions.
